This notice explains the information Fight Finder uses during its launch stage and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We store account information, profile and event details, applications, uploaded photos, contact enquiries, reports, administrative decisions and essential technical records needed to run and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use information to provide accounts and public listings, connect fighters and promoters, respond to enquiries, moderate the network, investigate safety concerns, prevent misuse and improve reliability. Optional anonymous page-view analytics are collected only after consent.
Public profile information
Approved fighter, promoter and event details may be public. Do not publish medical records, identity documents, home addresses, personal contact details or information you do not want displayed. You remain responsible for having permission to publish information about another person.
Photos and consent
Only upload photos you own or are authorised to use. By uploading an image, you confirm that the people shown have consented to its use on Fight Finder. For an under-18, informed permission must come from a parent or legal guardian and can later be withdrawn.
Under-18 information
Under-18 profiles must be managed by a parent, legal guardian or authorised responsible coach. We ask that public information is limited, uses responsible-adult contact details and does not reveal a child’s school, home address, routine or unsupervised location.
Who processes information
Fight Finder uses service providers for hosting, database storage, file storage and authentication. They process information only to provide the platform. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We retain active account and listing information while it is needed to provide the service. Enquiries, reports and moderation records may be retained for a reasonable period for safety, legal and administrative purposes. Technical analytics should be reviewed and deleted when no longer useful.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, restriction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, and may object to certain uses. You can change optional analytics at any time on the cookie information page. Some information may need to be retained where the law or safeguarding responsibilities require it.
