TERMS & COMMUNITY RULES

These launch terms apply to fighters, coaches, promoters and other users of Fight Finder.

Using the platform

You must provide accurate identity, age category, weight, experience, record, eligibility, event, ruleset and authority information. Do not impersonate another person, create misleading listings or use Fight Finder for illegal or unsafe activity.

Fighters and coaches

Fighters and coaches must keep records and availability accurate, disclose relevant matching information to the responsible promoter and never treat a suggested opportunity as confirmation that a contest is safe or approved. Do not agree to compete without the appropriate coach, medical, governing-body and legal checks.

Promoters and event holders

Promoters must have authority to advertise the event and must verify identity, age, experience, weight, medical status, permissions, insurance, venue, rules and any required sanctioning or regulatory arrangements. Listings must clearly state material terms, including rules, equipment, expenses and compensation where applicable.

Matchmaking responsibility

Fight Finder provides discovery and communication tools. It does not sanction contests, act as a medical adviser, guarantee users, approve pairings or accept responsibility for deciding whether a bout is suitable. Promoters, coaches, competitors, parents or guardians and applicable governing bodies retain that responsibility.

Under-18s

An under-18 profile must be controlled by a parent, legal guardian or authorised responsible coach. Adults must follow the safeguarding rules, use responsible-adult contact details and must never seek secret or unsupervised contact with a child.

Photos and content

You may upload only content you own or have permission to use. You confirm that people shown have consented to the public use, including parent or legal-guardian permission for under-18s. Do not upload abusive, sexual, discriminatory, misleading or privacy-invasive content.

Conduct and moderation

No harassment, discrimination, threats, coercion, fraud, dangerous instruction or retaliation against someone raising a concern is permitted. Fight Finder may investigate, edit visibility, suspend or remove accounts and listings, and preserve relevant records while a concern is reviewed.

Availability and future charges

The launch service may change, pause or contain faults. Paid memberships or event fees may be introduced later, but prices, renewal terms and cancellation information will be shown before a user is charged.

Reporting concerns

Report unsafe, misleading or abusive activity promptly. Fight Finder is not an emergency service; contact the emergency services or relevant safeguarding authority where immediate action is required.
